The Keyword-based comment response function allows you to manage comments by matching the keywords that you have set and automatically responding to them.
1.Choose the page you want to set up comment responses for, then click on ‘Manage’.
2. In the “Auto Replies” section, click on “Keyword replies”
3. Add in your Keywords, and their Responses, After that turn on the “Comment reply” option and click on “Save New Keyword”.
4. Now, When a customer posts a comment with one of the keywords. The page will automatically respond with the message that you set.
