With the help of this feature, you will be able to direct customers that comment in your live video into their Inbox.
1.Log into Kaojao, then choose the Manage Page and Auto response System, after that choose the store you want to set this feature for, then click on “Manage”.
2. In the “Auto Replies” section, click on “Keyword Replies”.
3. In the “New Keyword” section, add in the keywords and response that you want to set up and turn on “comment reply” and “Privately reply to a comment”,
Now when someone comments on the keywords in your live video, the response that you set will be sent to them automatically.
