With the help of this feature, you will be able to direct customers that comment in your live video into their Inbox.
1.Choose the store you want to set this feature for, then click on “Manage”.
2. In the “Auto Replies” section, click on “Keyword Replies”.
3. Switch to the “Facebook Live Posts” section, and turn on the “Enable live Keyword setting”.
4. In the “New Keyword” section, add in the keywords and response that you want to set up and turn on “comment reply” and “Privately reply to a comment”,
Now when someone comments the keywords in your live video, the response that you set will be sent to them automatically.
