Keyword Based Private Replies

This feature lets you direct customer comments on your post into their messenger chatbox making sure that you don’t miss or overlook any of your existing or potential customers.

1.Choose the store you would like to set up the feature for, then click on “Manage”.

2. Go to the “Auto Replies” section and scroll down to “Keyword replies”.

3. Enter your preferred keywords, then enter the response you would like them to receive. After that turn on “Privately reply to a comment” and click on “Save New Keyword”.

4. Now, when a customer comments with the keywords that you have set up, your response message will pop up in their messenger inbox.
