Instagram Page Not Visible

If there are connection issues or the Instagram page is not visible, check out the following steps:

Change your Instagram account to a ‘business account’ or ‘creator’.

  1. Sign in to your Instagram account on your mobile, select the three-dash icon. in the top right hand side, then select “Settings”.

2. Select “Account” and select “Switch to Professional Account”.

3. click on “Continue” and select a category.

4. Select “Business”, press Next, and fill out the business information, press Next.

5. Connect the Facebook page, press next, the system will automatically change to a business account.

2. Open access to the Instagram account connected to Kaojao.

1. Once your business account has been set up, go to Facebook, select “Settings”.

2. Select “Business Integrations” and then “View and Edit”.

3.Make sure to enable access in Instagram associated with the page. Once done, click on open. then click on save.

4. Then go to the shop settings menu in Kaojao and click on the “Instagram” icon.

7. Select a store account on Instagram and press “Save”.

3. Check if the Instagram account is connected to the Facebook page

1. In the Manage Pages section, then select “Settings”..

2. Go to “Instagram”

3. Connect your Fb page with Instagram.

4. Click on “Continue”

5. Click on “Continue” again

6.Click on “continue”.

7. Click on “Confirm Connection”, to confirm connection.
