Kaojao Facebook Shop is a tool that helps stores easily, quickly, and automatically connect and display products from Kaojao to Meta Commerce Manager. It also includes an AI-powered demo product generator for new shops to help increase sales opportunities on Facebook and Messenger effectively.
Connecting Facebook Shop
1. Log in and select “Manage Page and Auto-response System.”
2. Select the desired page and then go to the “Connect Facebook Shop” tab.
- Note: You must have a business portfolio and full admin access to the business and page. You can check details by clicking the icon in the green circle.
*When you click the icon in the green circle, a screen will appear allowing you to select the account or page to check permissions.*
- The page you select must show green (or all check marks) in order to proceed with the connection.
2.1 Click “Continue as…” (If you see the Facebook login screen, please log into your Facebook account.)
2.2 Check permissions and click “Next” to proceed.
2.3 Select your page and business portfolio account, then click “Next”.
2.4 Confirm your Business portfolio and Facebook Page, then click “Continue”.
2.5 Click “Next” to sync your products.
2.6 Once connected, you can view the connection details in the “Facebook Shop” status tab.
- If you want to disconnect, click the icon in the green circle.

Creating Demo Products with AI
1. Select the desired page, then click “Manage”.
2. Go to the “Items” tab, choose the “FB Shop” menu, and click “+ Create Demo Products”.
3. The system will use AI to generate demo products automatically, including essential details:
- 🏷️ Product Name
- 🖼️ Product Image
- 💰 Estimated Price
- 📝 Product Description
4. The generated products will automatically sync to Meta Commerce Manager. Once reviewed and approved, the products will appear in the Messenger Product Catalog automatically.
Creating Products Manually
1. Go to the “Items” tab and click “+ New Item”.
2. Add images and product details.
- Enable the option “List this product in Facebook Shop” to ensure the product appears in the Messenger Catalog after review.
- Then click “Save”.
3. The created product will automatically sync to Meta Commerce Manager. Once reviewed and approved, the products will appear in the Messenger Product Catalog automatically.
