Keyword Based on Chat Response

Quick responses to customer messages are one of the biggest key in making quick sales and increasing customer satisfaction. With the keyword-based on chat response, you won’t miss any customer’s messages or inquiries. Setting up a chatbot allows your page to automatically send responses to messages based on the keywords.

1. Log into Kaojao, then choose the “Manage Page and Auto-response System” option. 

Choose the page you would like to set up keyword-based on responses, then click on “Manage”.

2. Go to “Auto-Replies”, then click on the “Keyword Replies” page.

3. Add in your desired keywords and responses for each keyword. Turn on the “Inbox reply” and then click “Save New Keyword” button.

4. When a customer sends a message based on the keywords that you set, a response will be visible like this.
