This feature is very useful for shop owners that have their online store on various platforms.
Instead of checking messages and comments on all platforms, this feature allows you to receive notifications about messages and comments directly to your messenger inbox so that you never miss an update from your customers.
Here is how you can set it up:
1. Log into Kaojao, then choose the “Manage Page and Auto-response system” option.
Then select the shop you would like to set this feature for, then click on “Manage”.
2. In the Auto-Replies section, go to ‘Notifications’.
3. Turn on the buttons of the notifications you wish to receive, then click on “send notifications to messenger”.
4. Click on the “send to messenger” button.
5. You will receive a message confirming that the setup is complete.
You can respond by sending messages in the inbox and your customer will receive their responses to their comments or messages.
