With this function you can set up automatic response for every comment.
You can choose to respond in 2 ways:
A) Reply to comments and B) Reply to comments in chat.
This feature can help you initiate a conversation with existing and potential customers to improve sales strategies.
A) To set up comment replies, follow these steps:
1. Log into Kaojao, then choose the “Manage Page and Auto-response System” option.
Select the shop you want to set comment reply, then click on “Manage”.
2. In the “Auto Replies” section, click on “Comments Replies”.
3. In the “Default Comment Reply” turn on “Reply to every comment” button. You can add a response to comments on your posts.
4. The system will automatically reply to comments.
B) To Privately reply to every comment in their Inbox, check out the following steps:
1. Go to the “Default Private Reply” section, and turn on “Privately reply to every comment”.
2. Add in the response message for the comments on your posts. To add in their comment along with the response message, turn on the “Insert full comment before reply message” button.
3. Kaojao will automatically send their comments along with your response to your customer’s private chat.
