When customers comment on various posts and mention your store (@storename) in the comments, our platform will automatically reply to those comments based on the responses that you set.
You can set up responses to comments with the following steps:
1. Sign in to Kaojao, then click on the “Manage Page and Auto-response System” section.
After that choose the page you want to set up mention replies, then click on “Manage”.
2. Go to “Auto Replies”, then click on “Comment Replies”.
3. Scroll down to Instagram Settings, then turn on the “Respond to Instagram @mentions” and type your response message in the right-handed side box.
