Respond to comments and direct comments based on keywords to Instagram DM allows customers to receive information from the store immediately, when a customer comments on a post that contains a keyword, the system will automatically respond to the comment or immediately direct the comment into DM according to the message/keyword you set.
1. Log in to Kaojao and choose the ” Manage Page and Auto-response System” section.

Choose the page you want to set the setting for, and click on “Manage”.

2. In the “Auto-Replies” section, click on “Keyword Replies”

3. Enter the desired keyword and specify the response message.
To respond to the comment, turn on the “Comment Reply” tab

To direct comments into DMs, turn on the. “Privately reply to a comment” tab
To reply in the inbox , turn on the ” Inbox Reply” tab
then click on “Save New Keyword”

4. When a customer types a text that contains the keyword. The system will automatically respond with your preset message.
