This feature allows you to send a single message to a person who commented to your post on your business page into their messenger inbox to ensure that you don’t miss or overlook any of your existing or potential customers.
1. Log into Kaojao, then choose the “Manage Page and Auto-response System” option.
Choose the store you would like to set up the feature, then click on “Manage”.
2. Go to the “Auto Replies” section and scroll down to “Keyword Replies”.
3. Enter your preferred keywords, then enter the response you would like them to receive. After that turn on “Privately reply to a comment” and click on “Save New Keyword”.
4. When a customer comments with the keywords that you have set up, your response message will pop up in their messenger inbox.
