This function allows you to edit comment responses, post by post so you can customize responses based on the post. For example, if you have many types of posts such as sales posts or posts announcing promotions, they will all have different content.
You can specify a response message for each post with the following steps:
1.Select the shop you want to set the response for, then click “Manage”.
2. In the “Auto Replies” section, click on ” Post Replies”.
3. You can now turn on your desired response preferences, then click on “Turn on specific post reply”.
4. Now, when someone comments on this post, the system will automatically reply with the message you set.
