You can renew your membership with these following steps. (For monthly and yearly customers).
Payments can be made via credit or debit card.
1. Log into Kaojao, after that click on “Settings” at the top right on the page, then click on “Pricing”.
2. Select the plan you would like to renew or upgrade and click on “Choose this plan”. You can choose to subscribe to plan either monthly or annually.

3. Click on “Pay Now”.
4. Add in the requested payment information, then click on “Pay Now”.
*If the credit card date is past the expiration date, you will not be able to use the card on the website.
5. After the payment is processed, you can check your subscription details and duration.
Note: The system will automatically renew the membership every month or year. (Based on the package you selected).
