With the help of this feature, you will be able to connect and create effective messaging responses to your ads.
1.Choose the page you would like to set up this function for, then click on “Manage”.
2. Go to “Ad Account” page in the “Facebook Ads” section, then click on “Log in with Facebook”.
3. Choose your Ad account, then click on “Save”.
4.Select the campaign and the Ad set you want to use this function with.
5. Choose the type of message that will be sent to the customer when they click on the ad or click on the “Send to Messenger” button in the ad.
5.1 There are 4 types of messages that can be sent to customers: Text Message, Item list, Item info, and welcome message.
-Text Message: Create a new message or send additional product information.
-Item list: This shows the list of all products that you have added to Kaojao.
-Item info: Choose to show the best-selling products or the products that you have promotions for.
-Welcome message: Send the welcome message that you saved during the initial shop setup.
6. Choose your messaging options, then click on “Save”.
7. You can test the message by clicking on the “Send to Messenger” button to send a message.
8.Once you click on the “Send to Messager” button, Kaojao will automatically send a message to your messenger.
