Default Comment’s Reply

This function sets automatic Inbox response for every comment on the Facebook page.

You can choose to reply in 2 ways:

A) Reply to comments and B) Reply to comments in chat. 

This feature can help you initiate a conversation with existing and potential customers to improve sales strategies.

A) To set up comment replies, follow these steps:

1. Select the shop you want to set comment reply for, then click on “Manage”.

2. In the “Auto Replies” section, click on “Comments Replies”.

3. In the “Default Comment Reply” section turn on the “Reply to every comment” button.

You can now specify responses to comments on your posts.

4.The system will automatically reply to comments with the reply that you have set.

B) To Privately reply to every comment in their Inbox, check out the following steps:

1.Go to the “Default Private Reply” section, and turn on “Privately reply to every comment”.

2. Add in a message response for the comments on your posts. To add in their comment along with the response message, turn on the “Insert full comment before reply message” button.

3. Kaojao will automatically send their comments along with your response to your customer’s private chat.
