Quick responses to customer messages are one of the biggest keys in making a quick sale and increasing customer satisfaction. With the keyword-based chat response feature, you won’t miss any customer’s message or inquiry. Setting up a chatbot allows your page to automatically send responses to messages based on the keywords.
1.Choose the page you would like to set up keyword-based responses for, then click on “Manage”.
2. Go to “Auto-Replies”, then click on the ” Keyword Replies” Page.
3. Add in your desired keyword and the response for the keywords. After that click on the
“Save new keyword” button.
4. Now when a customer sends a message based on the keywords that you set, a response will be visible like this.
