Quick responses to customer messages are one of the biggest keys in making a quick sale and increasing customer satisfaction. With the keyword-based chat response feature, you won’t miss any customer’s message or inquiry. Setting up a chatbot allows your page to automatically send responses to messages based on the keywords.
1.Log into Kaojao, then choose the “Manage Page and Auto-response system option, Choose the page you would like to set up keyword-based responses for, then click on “Manage”.
2. Go to “Auto-Replies”, then click on the ” Keyword Replies” Page.
3. Add in your desired keyword and the response for the keywords.Turn on the “Inbox Reply” tab and then click on the “Save new keyword” button.
4. Now when a customer sends a message based on the keywords that you set, a response will be visible like this.
